She works on our thriving Editorial team to oversee the creation of written content on the website and in print media projects. Oli is the leading force behind developing on-brand copy for every area of the site including the home page, landing pages, product descriptions and all other marketing touch points.
Olivia uses her dynamic, yet collaborative leadership style to work with colleagues across the Art, Merchandising, Marketing and CRM teams to create engaging lifestyle content- and to find appropriate images and/or graphics, sound or video to accompany the text.
As the lead editorial voice, Olivia is responsible for consistency in the site’s vision and style and for reviewing and critically editing blog posts, e-blasts and other marketing materials; to ensure copy is clear, compelling, accessible and that it advances the company’s objectives. She’s always coming up with strategies to help keep content fresh and flawlessly produces and executes all of our sleek email campaigns and retail promotions.
