Shipping and Returns
In efforts to process and deliver your online order as expeditiously as possible, we promise to fulfill all in stock order items within one business day, and make every attempt to deliver your order securely and discreetly packaged within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.
For items purchased at a Soirée or through an Atelier Concierge for personal delivery there is a $5.00 processing and handling fee per order. If one prefers to have items shipped to them directly, flat rate shipping charges will apply. All orders ship from the U.S. and Prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars.
* Please review all order information before submitting your order. We do our best to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however an occasional error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your merchandise, we will give you the option of confirming at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your order.
When can I expect my package?
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and depending on the country and shipping method selected during checkout, can take longer. All in stock items will ship from our warehouse within one business day. During this “processing” time the order is pulled and checked for accuracy, packed, then made ready for shipment. Once your order is picked up, every attempt will be made by the carrier to deliver it to you within three to five business days. If an expedited shipping method was selected, your order will be delivered sooner.
How does processing time impact the delivery of my order?
Orders placed before 11am EST will usually ship within one business day. If your order is placed after 11am EST, please allow one additional business day for processing. Orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day. During new product launches, introductions, and during the holiday season, we appreciate your patience in allowing for a greater order processing time. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. The Alluring Violet is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
What are my shipping options?
We ship using every major carrier and/or a mix of carriers. Ground shipping is typically the most economical, and most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment from the warehouse. Standard shipping is not a guaranteed service. If your order is required sooner than 3 to 5 business days, please choose an expedited shipping option. The Alluring Violet makes every attempt to ensure that your items are delivered within the specified time frame; however, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time. Please, remember that shipping commitments occur after the processing time is complete.
Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are unable to update or cancel any part of the order. We do our best to ship complete orders, however if we are unable to complete your order due to stock availability you will be notified within 2 business days. You will be not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. If an item is on back order and has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
How are shipping charges calculated?
The Alluring Violet utilizes these flat rate shipping charges for all Customer orders shipped within the U.S. $8.00- Standard $13.95- 3 Business Days $15.95- 2 Business Days $21.95- Overnight/ 1 Business Day
*As a fraud prevention measure, expedited orders which request shipping to any address other than the credit card billing address will require additional authorization. The T.A.V. shipping team will call the number provided to verify the order information and request further information if necessary. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Please know that we will be discreet and will make no direct reference to the contents of your order.
**Curator Collections are sent throughout the continental U.S. with standard shipping for $15.99. Items sent to Alaska and Hawaii may incur a slightly higher shipping rate. Sadly we have no control over import duties for international orders and can neither predict what they will be nor take responsibility for those charges.
Can I ship to Puerto Rico?
The Alluring Violet, unfortunately, is not shipping to Puerto Rico at this time. Shipment availability in Puerto Rico will be coming soon.
What are the shipping restrictions?
We cannot guarantee 1, 2, or 3 day shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
What holidays are observed?
While many more are recognized, typically, the following holidays are observed by The Alluring Violet LLC and major carriers:
January 1, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day, and December 31st. Please add one additional transit day for nationally observed holidays.
Free shipping promotions:
The free shipping offer is via ground service for orders totaling $150 or more. This offer is good for U.S. orders only. If you choose free shipping, your order will ship in the manner deemed most economical by our warehouse. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, or prefer a specific shipping method, please choose the desired option at checkout.
If you return part of your order, you may no longer qualify for the free shipping offer associated with your purchase. In a case such as this, we will recommend a Merchandise Credit. If a refund is preferred, the original shipping fees plus any applicable re-stock fees will be deducted. *Not all orders will qualify for all shipping options. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
We at The Alluring Violet value privacy. While we cherish and encourage the ideals of sexual awareness and liberation, we also respect the common sense need for privacy. Respect for our customers privacy is paramount at T.A.V. and we are vested in assuring a refined and confidential experience for both our online and Violet Soirée Guests. We will never discuss or disclose the details of your order with anyone.
All products are delivered presented in stylish, nondescript packaging with no reference to thealluringviolet.com. Your credit card statement will read TAVCOM or TAVLLC/INC8884664676. Our return address is also benign.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from thealluringviolet.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
What is your return policy?
THE ALLURING VIOLET LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OPENED PRODUCT AS ITEMS CANNOT BE RESOLD DUE TO HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS. THE ALLURING VIOLET LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS ON ITEMS DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN OPENED, WORN OR DAMAGED. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FORM.
However, while our products are hand selected to bring you pure, unadulterated joy, there are times when we might occasionally fall short of our own high standards and a return or exchange is sometimes necessary.
In the event of our error, we will gladly exchange your unopened, unused and unworn product if returned within 14 days of the ship date, if accompanied by original packaging and with original proof of purchase. We pride ourselves on great customer service and care, but due to the nature of our products and due to health considerations we cannot offer refunds or exchange for an opened or used product.
Gift Cards, sale items, Host specials, display items or business supplies are final sale items and are not eligible for refund and exchange. Refunds to store credit are available for original price paid and associated tax to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

What happens once my return is received?
Please allow 5 business days for your returned shipment to arrive at our returns center. As soon as we receive your returned items, we will begin processing your exchange. If your item was purchased through a Curator at a Soirée or through an Atelier Concierge, you will receive a T.A.V. credit good for online use, for purchase at a Soirée, or through an A.C. This credit will be mailed to the customer after the exchange has been processed. If purchase is made online, the exchange credit will be posted to the Customer’s account. If the item you have requested exchange is no longer in stock you will be contacted in order to select a new item, or accept a refund. Please allow standard shipping time for exchanges.
All Alluring Violet orders require a return authorization number (RA#) for return or exchange. To request a RA#, please contact The Alluring Violet client services at email@example.com, or 888-466-4676. A RA# will be issued to you immediately. Please write your RA# on the return slip included with your package. Affix your prepaid UPS return label to your package and ship from any UPS location please include your form and invoice with your return. You’ll receive an email when to return has been accepted. Credit will be processed to the card used for your purchase. The Alluring Violet reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange should these terms not be met.
