She is the CEO’s partner in developing the company’s strategy and vision; curating new brand development, strategic planning, business management, communications and process improvement from several different avenues down to one streamlined lane where it’s implemented across our ever growing social selling platform.
She takes the lead on key strategic and transformational projects, working directly with company leadership in providing oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.

Miss B. really enjoys the quietness of hiking the National Forests and is also an international nightlife connoisseur.
Kyle is just an outstanding part of the T.A.V. family. With over 15 years experience in developing and delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, he plays a pivotal role in defining and delivering our product strategy and is super driven to achieve extraordinary results in the luxury intimate accessory retail space.
As Project Manager at The Alluring Violet, he manages budgets, change control and facilitates the delivery of all our digital projects. His role encompasses day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of our digital projects with a focus on great delivery. We rely on Kyle for budget control, project tracking and reporting, managing risks and issues along with appropriate escalation processes and quality assurance.
He is an essential part of the T.A.V. management team.
Savannah has the dual role of purchasing and product development. Our curated products are beautiful, exceptionally high-quality and designed to stand out in the market place, and it’s Savannah that makes it all happen. She’s responsible for vendor negotiations, and managing the overall sales forecasting, inventory management and buying decisions for T.A.V.
Her multi-faceted role is also in charge of the overall process of strategy, organization, concept generation, product and marketing plan creation and evaluation, and commercialization of any new product .
She acts as a liaison and collaborates amongst many cross-functional departments within the company and establishes and maintains vendor relationships and negotiations to maximize and grow the business.
Phew, that’s a lot… we don’t know how she does it all but she does- with grace.
Luz is our award-winning, graphic designer extraordinaire. Her B.S. in Advertising and B.F.A. in Graphic Design have aptly positioned her to take Graphic Design to another level; while earning her many local and regional Advertising Awards. She assists the team— working under the direction of the Director of Creative on brand creative, producing innovative digital experiences for mobile, web, e-marketing, paid digital media and multimedia, collateral and communications.
Luz is the epitome of self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Her talents can be summed up as a masterful mix of passion, intuitive knowledge and an eye for beautiful and functional design, enabling her to excel in creating elegant print and online work.

Social Media Maven Manager Brooke tells The Alluring Violet’s story- managing our growing social media presence, developing our community and ensuring THE ALLURING VIOLET delivers innovative and best-in-class experiences within the social media space.
Brooke manages the day to day operation of social media and pulls, interprets, and reacts to analytics and engagement data. She ensures that The Alluring Violet’s social platforms are generating buzz and excitement, which drives new visitors and buyers to the site and ensures that The Alluring Violet’s brand is top of mind in new and existing markets.
Her role lives within the PR and communications team- Brooke works closely with the Creative Director and the Marketing, E-commerce and PR teams to support their respective objectives while ensuring consistency in T.A.V.’s voice and tone.
Lisa is an indispensable piece of The Alluring Violet’s management team and is responsible for identifying and closing vital brand partnerships to meet key growth initiatives for our ever expanding business. Maintaining and managing B2B relationships to help the business develop- drafting contracts and negotiating their terms to ensure successful, long-term partnerships is at the crux of what Lisa does.
As head of Business Development, Lisa has her work cut out for her. She works alongside other members in the company in order to oversee these developing partnerships and their success, ensuring consistent and rapid growth across all channels.
Lisa is well versed in the challenges that arise in any commercial operation and has a knack for making even the trickiest tasks look effortless. The founding of both the Customer Service and Curator Care teams at The Alluring Violet is testament to her amazing work.
Sheridan is our super talented Sr. Web Developer who helps us take our web & mobile products to the next level. He’s T.A.V.’s resident hot-shot IT expert and he lives and breathes design and technology. Sheridan leads the web team that is responsible for the look, feel, and key interactions for the T.A.V. website and works collaboratively with all aspects of the marketing and brand design teams and cross-functionally with the Ecommerce group.
Under Sheridan’s leadership, our designers create simple, seamless, and elegant web experiences and features, beginning from the requirements stage, through design and deployment. Sheridan thrives in this fast-paced, agile environment – wears many hats and is thankfully able to change direction quickly.
These experts are always on, and support our head office 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Olivia is an excellent communicator/writer and a strong creative storyteller, possessing an excellent understanding of the designer intimate lifestyle product landscape. She works on our thriving Editorial team to oversee the creation of written content on the website and in print media projects. Oli is the leading force behind developing on-brand copy for every area of the site including the home page, landing pages, product descriptions and all other marketing touch points.
Olivia uses her dynamic, yet collaborative leadership style to work with colleagues across the Art, Merchandising, Marketing and CRM teams to create engaging lifestyle content- and to find appropriate images and/or graphics, sound or video to accompany the text.
As the lead editorial voice, Olivia is responsible for consistency in the site’s vision and style and for reviewing and critically editing blog posts, e-blasts and other marketing materials; to ensure copy is clear, compelling, accessible and that it advances the company’s objectives. She’s always coming up with strategies to help keep content fresh and flawlessly produces and executes all of our sleek email campaigns and retail promotions.
Marissa is our CPA, aka curious, energetic, problem solving, highly detailed number crunching professional with an M.B.A. from UChicago (Booth). It’s a good thing that a busy schedule fuels Marissa because she funnels that passion and energy into overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Accounting team and ensures the function is organized, efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
As the Financial Controller, she uses her top-rate financial acumen to update/review accounting policies and procedures and maintains compliance with internal controls over financial reporting. Marissa helps develop our business model and growth strategies and translates our figures; helping us to make better business decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
As Director of Field Development & Training, Sumiko heads our coaching team and focuses on the development, management and delivery of THE ALLURING VIOLET’S core curriculum to our field of Curators. Sumi is responsible for the training, development and support of burgeoning Curators as well as our top field leaders.
Sumi collaborates to improve recruitment procedures and training to optimize efficiency. She executes and drives the overall brand initiative, working closely with our Graphic Designers and partners with the Marketing team to develop and maintain training content for our Curators.
Sumiko’s focus is always on ensuring effective delivery channels for training and providing expert advice to our work force, to ensure that the team is inspired and supported. Sumi is an innovator who is always looking for ways to bolster the success of our independent business owners and helps to instill a culture of exceptional service both internally, within the Curator culture, and with our Customers. She takes complex ideas and turns them into clear easy to understand training content so that the Curator is able to in turn create sublime customer experiences.
Sumi has 1st hand practical knowledge of Curatorship. Besides being V.P. of Training, Sumiko is also a Violet Curator. She actively practices the social selling techniques and training concepts of T.A.V. by holding in-home and online Soirées; giving her a primary and connected knowledge of the Curator experience.
The brilliant Kelsey, has managed a range of campaigns; with budgets up to a million dollars per annum, for clients in a variety of sectors from education to retail. We are lucky enough to have her on our team. At The Alluring Violet, she is the guardian of our brand and manages our overall marketing efforts including email marketing, graphic design, social media and site optimization and development.
She makes sure that the brands guiding principles are followed at every point of contact with our customers and prides herself on developing creative marketing strategies and collaborative media campaigns. She’s responsible for creating our glamorous campaigns, running high-end events and positioning our brand in the right place, in the right medium. Kelsey ensures that our campaigns are content appropriate and always effective. She leverages strategic thinking, relationship building, and strong organizational skills to ensure marketing plans are organized, activated and communicated across the business and to all partners.
As PR Coordinator she supports the efforts of her Marketing team to build The Alluring Violet’s PR presence, from building blogger relationships to celebrity seeding, gifting, event planning, and more. Kelsey drives innovative PR and communication strategies that propel brand recognition, maximize client base growth, and contribute to high employee and Curator engagement.
Kelsey helps The Alluring Violet bring sexuality out into the open and has given sex a glamorous aesthetic by combining stylish elegance with luxury.
Stephanie is our Star Problem Solver and Director of First Impressions. She is responsible for leading and maintaining effective customer service for all of The Alluring Violet’s internal and external customers; while overseeing and managing our Customer Experience team- that is like no other. Customer Experience, with Stephanie at the helm, is comprised of a bunch of multi-tasking marvels who are experts on product knowledge and in meeting customer needs.
Steph works endlessly to please our customers and is able to without missing a beat, both defuse tricky situations and offer advice on intimate erotic pieces to help you explore the limits of your erotic imagination. The indispensable Steph and her team work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm EST.
Behind every Alluring Violet purchase is a plethora of strategic planning and implementation from our highly motivated Ecommerce team. At T.A.V., Ben owns the ecommerce experience. He is responsible for engaging and expanding our capabilities in Social Media, Email, Remarketing, Affiliate Sales, and Web Experience.
Ben also manages digital product categorization and the presentation of all products to optimize the customer experience, engagement, and conversion. He partners with the marketing and merchandising teams to provide merchandising input to digital marketing campaigns and ensures messaging is in-line with merchandising strategy; working closely with all aspects of the business including events, design, and leadership in developing a comprehensive e-commerce presence.
Leading our highly motivated and expert e-commerce team, Ben works every day to improve the customer experience on the website, providing suggestions on how to improve the general online experience of customers. He and his team also work tirelessly to ensure pricing and promotional tags are accurate, and that every aspect of item creation necessary to publish products to the website, product weekly upload process, and merchandise presentation on the website are adequately managed.
